Sleep Quiz: What Personality Traits does your Sleep Position Reveal?

Yep, you read that right. It’s sleep quiz time!

British sleep expert, Dr. Chris Idzikowski, found that the position you sleep in can share traits about your personality. Considering we spend one-third of our life sleeping it makes sense that our sleeping body language shares an insight into who we are.

"We are all aware of our body language when we are awake but this is the first time we have been able to see what our subconscious posture says about us," said Dr. Chris Idzikowki.

As recognized by Dr. Idzikowki, there are 6 main sleeping positions that share an insight into different personality traits.

Let’s find out what these sleep positions are and what they reveal about your personality.
