Order the wrong style or size? No stress! We will help you find perfect pair with an exchange if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will even cover the costs of return shipping with a pre-paid return label.
In order to be eligible for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you must return the purchased product. In certain instances involving defects, we may waive the return requirement in lieu of photographic verification. Refunds cannot be processed for products that cannot be accounted for, or returned, including lost items.
If your shipping address is in the US, UK, Canada or Australia, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to ship your return or refund. We are not able to provide hard copy return labels and customers will be responsible for printing their own labels. Customers are responsible for packaging any returns.
If you are located outside of these regions, you will be responsible for purchasing postage on returns and exchanges to our US or UK returns facility.
