Return Policy - Prescription

Changing your mind

To ensure fast as possible delivery, production of prescription lenses start the same day an order is placed. Due to the high cost of making custom prescription lenses, we will not be able to accept returns or provide a refund, if you change your mind after placing an order. This includes if you order the wrong size or color. If you are unsure what size you need, please contact us and we can assist you before you place an order.


If your prescription is not right

If we did anything incorrectly on your prescription, we will happily re-make your lenses to the specs you originally provided us. You have 30 days from the day you receive your new lenses to notify us if anything is wrong. If it was our mistake, we will happily pay for shipping back to our lab and re-make your lenses free of charge.

We cannot replace lenses if you have provided us with the wrong prescription, or insufficient prescription information.


Replacement of frames

If you identify a manufacturing default within 30 days of receiving your custom prescription Swannies, we will fix or replace your frames. Any issues identified outside of this time frame will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis so please contact us for further information.


Exchanges

Due to the high cost of making custom prescription lenses, we cannot offer exchanges for different styles or sizes as this will require a new lens to be made. If you are unsure of what style or size you require, please contact us for assistance before placing an order.
