Return Policy - Prescription

Because prescription lenses are custom-made to your exact specifications, they are produced immediately after your order is placed.


Changing your mind

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, production of prescription lenses begins the same day your order is received.

Due to the high cost of manufacturing custom prescription lenses, we are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds if you change your mind after placing an order. This includes ordering the wrong size, frame style, or color.

If you are unsure about sizing or style, please contact us before placing your order we are happy to help you choose the right fit.

 

If your prescription is not right

If we make an error when producing your lenses based on the prescription you provided, we will gladly remake your lenses at no cost.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any prescription issues.

If the error was on our end:

  • We will cover return shipping to our lab

  • We will remake your lenses free of charge

We are unable to replace lenses if:

  • The incorrect prescription was submitted

  • The prescription information provided was incomplete or inaccurate

 

Frame Manufacturing Issues

If you notice a manufacturing defect with your frames within 30 days of receiving your prescription Swannies, we will repair or replace them.

Issues reported after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for assistance.

 

Exchanges

Due to the high cost of making custom prescription lenses, we cannot offer exchanges for different styles or sizes as this will require a new lens to be made. If you are unsure of what style or size you require, please contact us for assistance before placing an order.

Replacement of frames 

Because prescription lenses are custom-manufactured, we cannot offer exchanges for different frame styles or sizes, as this requires entirely new lenses to be produced.
