When Co-Founders and brothers, James and Tristan Swanwick, first heard about the serious harmful effects of blue light, a deep concern overwhelmed them.
The thought that their everyday electronics could potentially be a danger to their health was enough reason to dig a little deeper.

I heard about Swannies from a few podcasts and was curious. I track a lot of data (mostly using a Whoop fitness band). After about two weeks worth of use, my deep sleep has increased anywhere from 2-3 fold a night. I would recommend these to anyone who spends a significant amount of time in front of a screen, particularly if you work into the late hours. I was skeptical - but the data speaks for itself. Eye strain gone!

Very cool glasses!!
I feel awesome when I use them at night... I can sleep way better, and my eyes feel much more rested... To be honest, the difference when I don't use them is HUGE!!
IMPORTANT: It's normal that you feel a little bit weird when you have the glasses on and you look in the mirror :) After you get over that and you realize that nobody cares, it's just wonderful!

Stylish and epically effective!
As a long-time bio-hacker, I've known about blue blockers for a while but never pulled the trigger (as most frames are a bit too corny looking!) since I've been pregnant, I've been waking up, up to 8 times per night with insomnia-like symptoms. Ordered these babies online and wore them for 2 hours before bed and slept like a baby, only waking up once the first night from wearing them. The second night I slept all the way through!
Definitely recommend. Even if you are mindful about not doing screen time an hour before bed, the normal lighting inside and outside your home is enough to keep you up! Helped me a ton! And they look great ;)

More restful sleep
Was a little weary at first. Holy c$@p! I put them on just as the sun is setting, and I am so tired come bedtime. And I contribute this to having a much more restful sleep. I have a full-time job, young kids, and a side-hustle, so needless to say, the few hours I do sleep, they need to be as restful as possible. Very happy with my purchase!
