Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 
Shipping
We can ship to both PO Boxes and regular mail boxes.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address when ordering and Swanwick Sleep will not be responsible for lost mail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses being provided by the customer. 
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that delivery can be accepted at the given shipping address, or that they can retrieve the order from their local post office. Swanwick Sleep is not be responsible for lost packages sent to business addresses where a third party may sign for the package. 

Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 business day (24 hours). Standard shipping within the US mainland is 7-10 days from the date of shipment. Where free shipping is provided, Swanwick Sleep will do its best to ensure there are no delays, but no guarantees are provided. 
If you pay for expedited shipping (2-3 business days within US mainland) and you do not receive your order withing the expedited shipping period, we will refund you the cost of shipping.
International orders can be delayed by customs processing times in the destination country. Swanwick Sleep is not responsible for any additional delays caused by processing times in the destination country.
If we are aware of any factors resulting in a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
 
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 
Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Swanwick Sleep is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
 
Damages
Swanwick Sleep is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping but we will do our best to assist you if this occurs. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
