Shipping Policy
Below are the terms and conditions that apply to our shipping process.
Shipping
We ship to both PO Boxes and standard mailing addresses.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Swanwick Sleep is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that delivery can be accepted at the shipping address or that the package can be retrieved from the local postal facility if required.
Swanwick Sleep is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages delivered to business addresses where a third party may sign for the shipment.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day (24 hours).

Standard shipping typically arrives within 7–10 business days from the shipment date.

If expedited shipping (3-5 business days) is selected and your order does not arrive within that timeframe, we will refund the expedited shipping cost.
Where free shipping is provided, we aim to ensure timely delivery; however, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.
International Orders
International shipments may be delayed due to customs processing in the destination country. Swanwick Sleep is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Swanwick Sleep is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees applied during or after shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us if you would like DDP shipments.
Damages or Lost Shipments
Swanwick Sleep is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
If your order arrives damaged:

Retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim process is complete.
