To keep your Swannies lenses optimally clean and functional, we recommend cleaning them with a lens cloth (such as the one provided) and warm water or lens cleaning spray, such as the one we sell, as part of our Swannies Clean and Repair Kit.

If, after regular cleaning, you still experience an unclean or filmy lens, you can also use some rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth to cut through extra oils that have built up on the lens.

Please do not use ammonia, bleach, vinegar, or window cleaner, as these chemicals can strip away the special coatings on the lenses.

This can occur with acetate frames but is generally easy to fix and not a cause for concern.

Made from cotton fibers and wood pulp, acetate is a natural plastic that is a renewable, environmentally friendly alternative to BPA-based plastics and is also hypoallergenic, providing a more natural feel for your skin.

Strong, lightweight, and flexible, acetate eyewear can be shaped and molded to your face for a perfect fit or readjusted if your frames become misshapen by heat or regular use.

That’s why acetate is the industry standard for premium eyewear and is used by all the top eyewear brands including Oakley and Ray Ban. However, because acetate is quite soft it can become misshapen by above-average temperatures during the shipping, warehousing, and delivery process.

Alternatively, to get the best fit, we recommend that all customers take them to an optician or eyewear professional to be fitted immediately upon receiving them. [US ONLY]: We’ve found that most, including Walmart, Target, Sears, JC Penny, and Dillards, will do it for free.

For customers who received crooked glasses out of the box: If you would like to exchange your current Swannies for a new pair, we would be happy to make this happen.

At this time, the sleeping mask is one size fits all, and most people find it comfortable. If it is too small for you, you can send it back and we will process the refund. 

You can hand wash your sleep mask in lukewarm water or machine wash on a delicate setting in cool water. We recommend using a detergent designed for silk or delicates. Hang to air dry. Wash with similar colors to avoid staining.

We use a silk inner filling whereas many other silk masks use a synthetic filling.

Hold six inches away from your linens, couch, Chairs, pillows, or clothes and spritz 1-3 times.
