When your alarm goes off, don’t hit your snooze button. Instead get up, open your blinds and let in natural light from outside. Natural light boosts your immune system, wakes up your body's natural rhythm, and will also help you sleep better at night. If it's still dark outside, then turn on the lights to signal to your body it's time to begin your day. 

Then grab your gratitude journal and write down five things you’re grateful for. Finding reasons to be grateful every day will create a positive mindset and you’ll begin to find yourself feeling more joyful and happy in your life.

2. Drink Warm Lemon Water Before Your Breakfast
